Using the service
NOTIPOCKET connects authorized external systems to consenting recipients. Use your own Google or Apple account and protect your sessions and API keys. You are responsible for the projects and authorized integrations you operate.
Prohibited use
Do not send spam, unlawful content, threats, impersonation or malicious links; do not probe recipient IDs, bypass consent or overload the service. We may restrict abusive accounts, revoke keys and review reported content with controlled access.
Delivery and availability
Push delivery depends on networks, devices and external providers. Acceptance is not proof of display or action. NOTIPOCKET is not an emergency communication system; keep independent channels for urgent or safety-critical events.
Free use and optional support
All notification features are free. Optional in-app support is a consumable, non-renewing purchase supporting development and operation, not a charitable tax-deductible donation. Store billing and refund rules apply. Support does not remove advertising or change service limits.
Changes and account closure
We may change technical limits or suspend services for maintenance, security or abuse prevention. Important changes are announced through service notices when practical. You may stop using the service and request deletion. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
